These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LinkInfinit website at linkinfinit.com and all services provided by LinkInfinit ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services. We recommend you read these Terms carefully before placing any order.

By using our website or placing an order with LinkInfinit, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are using our services for lawful business or personal SEO purposes
• All information you provide to us is accurate and truthful
• You have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services, regardless of location.

LinkInfinit provides guest post placement services, connecting clients with high-authority publisher websites for the purpose of SEO link building. Our services include:

• Individual guest post placements: Client selects specific publisher sites from our marketplace and we arrange article placement with a dofollow backlink
• Pre-curated packages: Ready-made bundles of publisher sites across Basic, Advanced, and Pro tiers in four industry niches
• Article writing service: Optional content creation for an additional fee of $30 per article
• Agency and bulk orders: Custom arrangements for clients requiring 10 or more placements

We act as an intermediary between clients and publisher websites. We do not own or operate the publisher sites in our network. Placement is subject to each publisher's editorial standards and acceptance at the time of submission.

All orders must be placed through our official Order Form at linkinfinit.com/order-form. Orders submitted through any other channel (email, social media, messaging apps) are not official and will not be processed until confirmed through our order system.

The order process is as follows:

• Step 1 — Site selection: Client selects publisher sites from the marketplace or chooses a package
• Step 2 — Order form: Client submits full order details including article content or brief, backlink URL, and anchor text
• Step 3 — Order reference: Client receives a unique Order Reference Number (LI-2026-XXXX)
• Step 4 — Payment: Client completes bank transfer and uploads payment screenshot
• Step 5 — Processing: We confirm payment and begin placement within 1 business day
• Step 6 — Delivery: Article goes live and client receives the live URL within 5–7 business days

An order is considered confirmed and binding once payment has been received and confirmed by LinkInfinit. Prior to payment confirmation, we reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Payment is required in full before any work begins. We do not offer credit, deferred payment, or pay-after-delivery arrangements.

Accepted payment methods:

• International bank transfer (wire transfer) via SWIFT/IBAN — accepted from all countries
• Payoneer — accepted from all countries

Currency: All prices on our website are listed and payable in US Dollars (USD). Clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees or bank transfer charges applied by their own financial institution.

Payment confirmation: After completing your bank transfer, you must upload a payment screenshot through the Payment Details page. Work begins only after we have verified receipt of funds in our account. This typically takes 1–3 business days depending on the international transfer timeline.

Pricing: All prices displayed on our website at the time of order are final. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

We are committed to successfully delivering every order. Our refund and replacement policy is as follows:

If we cannot place your article on a selected publisher site:

• We will first attempt to place your article on a comparable alternative site of equal or greater DR and traffic value, at no extra charge
• If no suitable alternative is available or you do not accept the alternative, we will issue a full refund for that specific placement within 7 business days

If your article is removed after placement:

• If a publisher removes your article within 30 days of placement without cause, we will work to reinstate it or find a replacement site at no charge
• After 30 days, we cannot guarantee permanent placement as publisher policies may change beyond our control, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist

Non-refundable situations:

• Orders where article content violates our Content Guidelines (Section 6) and is rejected by the publisher
• Orders where the client provided incorrect or incomplete backlink URLs or anchor text
• Article writing fees ($30 per article) once writing has commenced
• Orders cancelled by the client after placement work has begun

All article content submitted by clients or written by LinkInfinit must meet the following standards. We reserve the right to refuse or request revision of any content that does not comply:

Content must be:

• Original and unique — not published elsewhere or copied from other sources
• Well-written, grammatically correct, and a minimum of 600 words
• Relevant to the publisher site's niche and audience
• Informative and genuinely valuable to readers
• Free of excessive promotional language or keyword stuffing

Content must NOT include:

• Adult, explicit, or sexually suggestive material
• Gambling, casino, or betting related content
• Content promoting illegal activities, substances, or products
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals or groups
• Misleading, false, or defamatory claims
• Pharmaceutical drug promotion without proper authorization
• Content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Payday loans, cryptocurrency scams, or other high-risk financial products

Submitting prohibited content will result in immediate order cancellation without refund. LinkInfinit reserves the right to refuse service to any client at any time without obligation to provide a reason.

Standard delivery for all guest post placements is 5 to 7 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Some publisher sites offer faster turnaround times of 4 to 5 days, as indicated in the marketplace.

Turnaround time refers to business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delays may occur due to:

• Publisher site editorial review periods
• Incomplete or non-compliant article content requiring revision
• Bank transfer processing delays (typically 1–3 additional days for international transfers)
• Force majeure events beyond our control

We will communicate any delays to you promptly via email. If delivery exceeds 14 business days from payment confirmation without a reasonable explanation, you are entitled to request a refund or replacement at no penalty.

Client-provided content: When you submit an article to us for placement, you confirm that you own all rights to that content or have the legal right to use and publish it. You grant LinkInfinit a non-exclusive license to submit the article to publisher sites on your behalf as part of our service.

LinkInfinit-written content: When you purchase our article writing service, the completed article becomes your property upon full payment. We retain no ownership rights over articles written for clients.

Website content: All content on the LinkInfinit website — including text, design, graphics, marketplace data, and code — is the intellectual property of LinkInfinit. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our website without written permission.

Publisher site data: Our marketplace displays publisher site names and metrics for the purpose of client selection. This data is presented for informational purposes and must not be scraped, copied, or used to build competing platforms.

LinkInfinit provides guest post placement services on a best-effort basis. While we maintain high standards and strong publisher relationships, we cannot guarantee specific SEO outcomes, ranking improvements, or traffic increases as a result of our placements.

SEO results depend on many factors beyond our control, including Google algorithm changes, your website's existing authority, competition in your niche, and the quality of your overall SEO strategy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinkInfinit's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Changes to Google's algorithm that affect your rankings after placement
• Actions taken by publisher sites beyond our control after placement
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Any delays caused by international bank transfer processing times

You agree not to use LinkInfinit's website or services for any of the following purposes:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
• Scraping, copying, or harvesting data from our marketplace or website
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent order information
• Attempting to manipulate or reverse-engineer our pricing or vendor data
• Reselling our services without prior written agreement from LinkInfinit
• Using our services to build backlinks to websites promoting illegal, harmful, or prohibited content
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any organization

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your order without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. As LinkInfinit operates as an internationally-serving business, we aim to resolve all disputes amicably and fairly regardless of the client's location.

Dispute resolution process:

• Step 1 — Contact us first: If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us directly at fatimahashmi.work@gmail.com. We will respond within 48 hours and work to resolve the issue promptly.
• Step 2 — Good faith negotiation: Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
• Step 3 — Formal resolution: If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it may be referred to appropriate legal channels as agreed upon by both parties.

We are committed to fair and transparent dealings with every client. Our goal is always to resolve any issue quickly and to your satisfaction.
